COVID Release Labyrinth Walk | Tuesday, September 21 and Thursday, September 23

Picture
Royal Recreational Trail, Speed River, Guelph
7pm to 9pm Tuesday and Thursday  |   Free

We need the strength of community to hold the magnitude of the impacts of COVID. The weight of grief is lessened when shared.

Our mental and emotional wellbeing has suffered. And innumerable other large and small losses and challenges are ongoing.

Why is it “morbid” to talk about an ending that happens to every single one of us? Not talking about death won’t make it easier to manage. A Death Cafe creates space for an open and relaxed conversation about death and dying over a cup of tea. The Death Cafe model aims to shift the conversation around death from one of fear or avoidance to that of familiarity and comfort.
